It's hard to believe, but on July 2nd, we reached the halfway point of 2024. This milestone – combined with my attempts to enjoy a slower pace during the summer season – has inspired me to make some space to think about my intentions for the year.
What did I set out to do, at the start of 2024? How's it going, so far? Is there anything I'd like to change or adjust in the second half of the year?
As I’ve shared before, my word for 2024 is “Choice”. I've enjoyed reflecting on the past six months through the lens of "choice", and look forward to seeing what choices and opportunities arise in the months ahead.
I love the idea that we can choose to change direction, make adjustments, and try a new route at any time. Circumstances change, and there are bound to be bumps on the road, yet we can choose how to navigate forward.

Get ready for a new collaboration! I’ve joined forces with the fabulous Christina Greenberg to create an in-house leadership program for companies looking to support and develop leadership. The program will focus on values, mindset and perspective, and emotional intelligence. Other topics will include Executive Presence, Resilience and Dealing with Change, Mastering Critical Conversations, Effective Goal Setting, Influential Leadership.
